"Those Beasleys" were prolific. They recorded 5 albums-worth of very
heavy, bizzarre and humorous material between aproximately 1990 and
1995. None of the recordings saw the light of day until OE got a
hold of them.
Made up mostly of a band of multi-media artists, at one time, three
of Those Beasleys were producing and starring in their own respective
Los Angeles based tv shows, showcasing their own individual and
unique mixes of the odd, the obscure and the downright laughable.
Basically a spin-off band of Fustercluck and Hermanos Guzanos, Those
Beasleys played about a dozen club dates before concentrating on
the bulk of their studio work, a mix of 60's psychedelia, rock,
pop, satire and horror. Currently they will be releasing the
CD : "Let It Beasley" compiled by Spike Beasley, as an introduction
to the "best" of their first three original albums.
Spike Beasley is also the lead singer of OE's "the Sleepwalkers" and
is also half of OE's "Fustercluck" using the pseudonym; Dusty
Souffle, and also appears as an OE solo act under the pseudonym;
"Thomas Ferranti".
Tex Beasley is also a member of OE's "Sleepwalkers" and
"Hermanos Guzanos" using his pseudonym; Gary Wray.
