if you click on some of the song titles above, you can hear DEMO VERSIONS,
LIVE VERSIONS or COVER VERSIONS by other bands of these songs
(or whatever versions I may have lying around the vaults!!)
This is the same album that was slated for an OE release almost
3 years ago, but was put aside for one reason or another(financial
and time mostly). It has been revised several times since then,
and is currently slated for an April 2004 release.
The cover art as well is almost completed, utilizing photographs from
Jeff Rusnak and Steve Zimmerman.
All of this information is, of course, subject to change at a moment's
notice!
here are a few mp3's of the "acoustic rehearsal sessions" I am
working on to ready myself for some solo performances. Enjoy,
and more to come, and be deleted!
It's ok to be Johnny from 2/13/2004
written by John Apron, a fine song indeed though.
Hey Flowerchild from 2/13/2004
written by Eric Feigenbaum, a classic Elevator song, though doesnt come
across acoustic as well as I would want...maybe someday?
Gotta Be A Wrestler from 2/16/2004
great song, didnt think it work acoustic at first, but now
I see incredible potential in this one.
Blue Porpoise(old version) from 2/16/2004
the original blue porpoise, the more Syd Barret flavoured version without
the "I'm swimming" section, but with an entirely different beginning.
She Is Sad from 2/16/2004
first time playing this in a while, but still I quite like this one.
2/20/2004
