Selling Your 45's
There are millions of 45's out there, so how do you find
out if you have some of the more desirable ones?
Well, for starters, here are a few things to look for
when going over your box or collection of 45's.
45's with picture sleeves(Beatles, Rolling Stones, Elvis Presley,
Beach Boys, etc.)--Many of these may be worth $.50-$3, condition
depending.
Modern punk or alternative rock 45's--many of these may be worth $.50-$2,
condition depending.
45's with a white label(also called a DJ label). These will
usually say right on the label, "Not For Sale" or "Promotion Only"--many
of these may be worth $.25 to $1.50, condition depending.
Most 45's that do not meet these criteria sadly may be worth next
to nothing.
